Direct IEP Therapy Program
Claim Care provides unrivaled customer support for direct billing services for direct therapies (speech/language, occupational, and physical), private duty nursing, personal care, behavioral health, and hearing aid services. Claim Care’s thorough claim management and extended services ensure maximum district reimbursement through the Direct IEP Therapy Program.
DESE-Local Tax Effort Billback/Public Placement Fund
Claim Care provides comprehensive and personalized service for clients through the LTE/PPF program from identifying eligible participants and gathering pertinent information to coordinating billing and fund transfers. This support ensures that districts receive entitled reimbursements from domicile districts to support foster student education.
DESE-High Need Fund
Claim Care provides district assistance with collecting entitled reimbursement for special education students whose educational costs exceed three times the LEA’s current expenditure per Average Daily Attendance (ADA). Claim Care’s friendly and exceptional services ensure the utmost program compliance along with proper compilation and submission of district data to recover entitled reimbursement.
How It Works

When Claim Care facilitates Medicaid reimbursement programs for a district, we are in constant communication with pertinent district personnel to ensure consistent participation and comprehensive program understanding. We work with each individual contracted district to provide thorough claim management for all types of direct billing, no matter the complexity or district size. Claim Care does not charge any up-front fees to the District. There are no training/setup costs and no hidden fees. The District is solely obligated to compensate Claim Care for services provided if funding is recovered through the reimbursement program(s).
